3. Print Order of Service sheets
4. Choose the outfits for your honeymoon
5. Arrange any doctors appointments for immunisation if traveling abroad
6. Organise hair appointments and beauty treatments
4 - 6 WEEKS
1. Confirm the reception booking, and numbers attending
2. Confirm details with the photographer
3. Confirm the wedding cars
4. Confirm details with the florist and give final numbers for buttonholes
5. Confirm travel and hotel bookings for the honeymoon
6. Finalise the seating plan and prepare place cards for the reception
7. Presents for the bridesmaids
10 - 7 DAYS
1. Practise your make - up
2. Rehearsal
3. Take the headdress to your hairdresser
4. Now would be a good idea to break in your wedding shoes by wearing them around the house
5. Pack for the honeymoon
1 DAY TO GO
Try to delegate as much work as possible. Have your beauty treatment, finish off any packing that still remains to be done for the honeymoon, lay out your wedding and going away ensemble, relax and put your feet up.
The Greeting Line
A formal greeting line should comprise of the Bride's Parents, the Groom's Parents and finally the Bride and Groom.
In a less formal atmosphere the Bride and Groom often prefer to head the greeting line themselves.

This customary seating order can be altered to your requirements.
The Toasts and Speeches
The Bride's Father proposes a toast to the couple.
The Groom thanks everyone on behalf of himself and his wife. Proposes a toast to the Bridesmaids and Pageboys.
The Best Man replies on behalf of the Bridesmaids and Pageboys and reads messages.
The Cutting of the Cake
The Best Man announces the cutting of the cake.
The Groom places his hand over the Bride's.
Together they cut the first slice.
The waitress will then serve the cake to each quest.
